Who we’re looking for:
Holistiplan is seeking an individual who loves data, is tech-curious, transparent, and will connect teams while embracing high degrees of autonomy. You will work closely with every level of the company and influence the future growth. You are someone that has been in a position to see GTM scale effectively. This role requires proven operational excellence and polished communication skills.
The Director of Revenue Operations role is key in helping Holistiplan accelerate velocity by enhancing processes, technology, and people. You will be required to roll-up your sleeves and work directly with various models/data to help drive towards simple, scalable solutions. We need a team player who helps show others what good looks like and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to help us make informed decisions. We prefer curiosity and finding the data we don’t have rather than reactive status quo. This person will report directly to Holistiplan’s CRO.
Organization, attention to detail, listening skills, and time management will be critical. We need someone who can think strategically, formulate proposals, and project manage where appropriate to drive towards cross-functional efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner with an interest in becoming knowledgeable and proficient in our industry niche.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Direct the development and implementation of a high-performing revenue operations function, emphasizing efficient and scalable processes across GTM teams, striving for an integrated Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success experience.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration to define shared goals and align GTM teams.
- Oversee the funnel within our CRM, across metrics, reports, and analysis to drive key business decisions across the organization. (proficiency in Hubspot is preferred)
- Be a trusted advisor to GTM teams in supporting the delivery of necessary processes and operations to support revenue and growth targets.
- Quickly problem-solve for pain points in the moment, while helping develop long-term solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, where successes are replicated and learnings from setbacks are applied to future endeavors.
- Ability to conduct sophisticated, detailed analysis and communicate results through written and verbal channels.
- Coach and mentor team to continuously improve performance.
- Oversee allocation of resources and activities across the GTM organization to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and assess skill and process gaps within the revenue teams to help unlock potential and enhance overall performance.
- Assist in developing dashboards and improved data visibility within the Revenue department.
- Support account segmentation and help deploy territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the revenue team.
